Work on the once over-grown former Settles Glass site in downtown Hingham is progressing since the building was torn down this summer.

And while the building is still nowhere near final completion, two of the four residential units have already been sold. “Two remain!” said Matt Falconeiri of Falconeiri Construction — the local builder/developer for the project.
